Nupraxus is an AI-automation consultancy headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It applies to this website only; data handling within a client engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.

• Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. Submissions are delivered to us by email at info@nupraxus.com via Resend, our email delivery provider.
• Theme preference. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, maintains standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request metadata) as part of operating and securing the site.
• We do not currently run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or the engagement that follows from it, after which they can be deleted on request or as part of routine cleanup.
